You now have two new buttons in the Outlook toolbar. (Starting with Outlook 2010 click on the "Add-Ins" tab to see them.)
The left button is the 1-click mode. It searches in the current Outlook folder for duplicates and removes them completely automatic.
1 click. Done.
The right button contains options and the "Advanced Scan"
