How can I buy?
Simply choose the desired product from our price list. The website will guide you through the purchase process.


Which payment methods do you support?
Our online store supports credit card, paypal, wire transfer, check or cash.


Are updates free?
Yes, updates for free for one year after the purchase. You'll find the link in your registration mail and here in the download menu. If you lost your registration code, just use our online service. If you'd like to get informed when a new version is published, please subscribe to our newsletter.

By the way: Updates are not limited to bugfixes, but often contain new features, too. To get an impression of all the new features we already introduced (for free), please have a look at the version history of Easy2Sync for files.


How does the purchasing / licensing work?
Very simple. You can purchase our programs online by credit card. The purchase is automatically processed, normally handled within minutes. (You can find informationen about prices and discounts here. After the purchase you'll receive a registration code and a download link. This allows you to download the version you licensed.


Where's my registration code?
The automated ordering system processes your order fast and (as the name suggests) automatically. Credit card orders are often handled within minutes but always within a day. Money transfer orders are handled within a day when the transfer arrives at ShareIt (which is not the same as leaving your bank account).

If a registration mail be missing unexpectedly, please check your spam-filter for the lost message. :-) If that doesn't help, and the mentioned limits are definititly passed, please contact us.

Is this a subscription?
No, we don't offer subscriptions.


Do you have a money back guarantee?
Yes, we offer a 90-days money back guarantee. This applies to corporate customers, too.

Tip: We also offer free support by e-mail for our customers. If there's any problem: Just contact us, we love to help.


How long can I use your software?
Once purchased you can use the software for an unlimited time. With the purchase you get free updates+support for 1 year. But even after that timespan you can still use (and even reinstall, for example when switching PCs) the software.

If you want to get the latest version after one year, the website will automatically offer you an update extension for another year. (~50% of the purchase price.) We don't sell subscriptions or service contracts.
