Problems with Anti-Virus software?

Does your Anti-Virus software report a problem with our software? Probably just another false positive. We already had problems caused by ArcaVir, Avast, Avira, Bitdefender, McAfee, etc. Some of them more than once. But never a virus in our software.
If your AV scanner reports a problem, you should do 4 things:
- Don't panic.
- Test the file on virustotal.com. It's free and their using dozens of scanners.
- Contact your anti-virus software company regarding the false positive.
(Often they won't even process our report, because we're not their customer.) - Tell us about the problems.
