How can I change font/color?

You can change font and color at "Configuration > Options > Answer details > Body" with the hyperlink. Please note that the colors for "new mail" and "answer" are configured separately. Please note that this option will only work, if you're not answering a text-only mail and if you have not activated "answer always as text-only".
