To write the addressing phrase, ReplyButler needs the name to be recognizably written in one of these places:
|•||The sender's e-mail address|
|•||In the e-mail in a line "Name: ..." (for website form mails)|
|•||At the end of the e-mail|
ReplyButler cannot write the addressing phrase if...
|•||...the e-mail has multiple recipients|
|•||...the first name cannot be clearly recognized ("Thomas Otto")|
|•||...multiple first names with different genders are present ("Peter Maria Miller")|
|•||...the first name is very unusual ("Sangil Wong")|
You can still use the "Addressing" button the to store the name permanently. If you feel that ReplyButler should have recognized the name, forward the e-mail to us, please. We'll keep it confidential and will try to improve ReplyButler.
