What means 'Greetings' or 'Signature'?

Top  Previous  Next

The greeting (and the optional signature) are the last lines of an e-mail where you say goodbye. ReplyButler includes phrases for a formal and an informal farewell in several languages. You can also define your own phrases (in the options on the page "Phrases") or as an exception for an individual person (in the menu "Addressing").

Trick: Multilingual signatures

Maybe you have a signature with your contact data stored in Outlook which is automatically appended to each mail. You can, if you like, make this multilingual and have the right signature (matching the recipient's language) inserted. For this remove the signature from Outlook and append it to the greeting phrases in ReplyButler.
