A tooltip is a small, bright yellow window which appears when you wait over a a window element, button etc. with the mouse cursor and displays a help message. ReplyButler shows tooltips for toolbar's menu items and for the toolbar. If a cliptext is marked as relevant in the menu, you'll find the reason in the tooltip in form of a word list.
