When you are synchronizing a task, Easy2Sync for Outlook may have some questions (depending on the options and scheduled actions).

       

You have three possibilities to handle these questions:

 

You can see the first possibility in the dialog shown above. It summarizes all questions in categories. They are identical to the request options you have. (For a description, please refer to the Option Dialog.)

 

You can see how many objects are affected, their icons (e.g., a mail icon) and where the changes will take affect for every category (at location (1) or (2)). If you place a checkmark against a category, then all files in this category will be synchronized this time without further questions.

 

For all categories that you do not check (even though they could be checked), the respective questions will later appear in the dialog Synchronizing a task. In that dialog, you have two more possibilities to handle them.
